A judgement was entered for $1,000,000 dollars, including $500,000 in compensatory damages and $500,000 in punitive damages, for a woman who was sexually assaulted while she was recovering from a stroke in a nursing home. The Honorable William R. Cunningham entered the judgment in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County.
