A settlement of $2.5 Million was awarded for a 5 year old Lawrence County boy who suffered a severe brain injury resulting from a traffic accident. The boy and his mother were traveling south on Route 65 in Ellwood City when the mother lost control of the car and crossed the center line and was hit by an oncoming coal truck. Pittsburgh car accident attorneys were able to determine that the truck driver was guilty of unsafe and aggressive driving by failing to take action when he saw the car swerve.
