A Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, man, who was the victim of a construction site electrocution, will receive a settlement valued at $9,475,000.00. The settlement will be paid by the electrical company, the owner of the construction site, the contractor, and the inspectors. The victim of this construction accident suffered brain damage, partial blindness, seizures, and depression as a result of the negligence of the defendants.
