$4,750,000 Medical Malpractice Resolution

A Clarion County woman was severely injured when an ER brushed off her concerns of abdominal pain. The negligent ER caused a severe delay in care and resulted in necrosis to portions of her bowel. After litigating against the numerous doctors involved, a $4,750,000 settlement was reached in the weeks before a trial.
