Congratulations to Dallas M. Hartman for being selected for inclusion into the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania, an honor given to only a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field.  Membership in this exclusive organization is by invitation only and is limited to the top 40 attorneys in each state or region who have demonstrated excellence and have achieved outstanding results in their careers in plaintiff law.

According to a press release by the National Trial Lawyers, “with the selection of Dallas M. Hartman by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, he has shown that he exemplifies superior qualifications, leadership skills, and trial results as a trial lawyer. The selection process for this elite honor is based on a multi-phase process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research.”

In 2018, Dallas became one of the youngest members of the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar and Million Dollar Advocates. These awards have been achieved because just two weeks after obtaining his license to practice law in Pennsylvania, Dallas obtained a $1,000,000 judgment for one of his clients who was a victim of nursing home neglect.   Since then, Dallas has earned numerous additional notable settlements and judgments for his clients including a $10,575,000 settlement for an amputation caused by an industrial truck accident, and a $5,000,000 judgment for a wrongful death caused by a drunk driver.
