A truck accident involving a tractor-trailer and a car this morning has killed one person and severely injured another in Slippery Rock Township, Pennsylvania. This accident happened around 8:00 a.m. this morning at the intersection of Route 422 and Fox Road in Lawrence County. The rear end of the car was badly damaged and there was some damage to the front of the tractor-trailer. The injured victim of this tragic accident was flown to a local hospital by helicopter. The deceased victim was a Shenango Township woman.
