Kathleen Robertson
Kathleen Hayne Robertson is the head of the workers’ compensation division at Dallas W.
Hartman, P.C., with over 20 years of experience in area of workers’ compensation litigation. Since joining Dallas W. Hartman P.C. in 2007, Kathleen has dedicated 100% of her practice to representing injured workers throughout Western Pennsylvania. Utilizing her extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law and her demonstrated trial experience, Kathleen fights to ensure that each of her clients receive the benefits they deserve.
Kathleen understands that the effects of a work injury can be devastating to an injured
worker and their family. That is why Kathleen takes the time to personally meet with each and every one of her clients to ensure they understand the litigation process, as well as the full extent of their legal rights under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act. When her clients have questions or concerns, Kathleen is always available to speak to her clients directly giving them peace of mind as well as the time and attention they deserve.
Kathleen is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lawrence Co. Bar Association,
Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and is Lead Counsel Rated in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Kathleen has also been voted by her peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star, a designation reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are under the age of 40 or who have practiced for less than 10 years.
Born and raised in Mercer County Pennsylvania, Kathleen graduated from Clarion
University in 1997, summa cum laude, with a major in political science and a minor in psychology. In 2000, Kathleen graduated from Duquesne University School of Law. After graduating law school, Kathleen went on to work for a large regional insurance defense firm, representing employers and insurance companies. This experience gives Kathleen valuable knowledge and insight with respect to how insurance companies value and litigate cases.
Kathleen currently resides in Mercer County with her husband and three sons. She enjoys
spending time with friends and family and various outdoor activities including hiking and
gardening.
