On Saturday afternoon, two people were taken to an area hospital after the vehicle they were in rolled over several times before coming to a stop. The accident happened in Warren Township, Trumbull County at the intersection of North River Road and North Park Avenue, about a mile east of Brookside Park.
Police say the two people inside were ejected from the vehicle. Shortly thereafter, first responders arrived and took one victim to St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, and took the other to Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren. Police say the driver was a man, but that they do not know his name, nor do they know the sex or name of the passenger. Police say that both people were not wearing their seat belts at the time of the accident and that the driver was speeding.
As a passenger in a vehicle who is being driven by a family member or friend, you may think it difficult to bring about a personal injury suit against that person. However, it is important to remember that this fight is amongst insurance companies and, as a victim, you are entitled to be compensated for your pain, suffering, missed time at work, and possible loss of future earnings.
